We provide free shipping and free returns on all our orders to USA only. International orders are billed at actual shipping rate and are calculated at the time of placing order.
We are confident that you would not need to return any of our merchandise.
Sadly, if you decide to return your purchase for any reason, here is what you need to do.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return merchandise for whatever reason, you must send a request to email@example.com within 14 DAYS of receiving the package, according to the tracking number.
Subject of your email must start with RETURNS: ORDER NUMBER: (write your order number here)
Once your request has been approved, Clotheschica will email Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return shipping label. You must include the copy of email with RMA # in the returned merchandise box.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. If your return is not approved, you will be notified as to why your return was not approved.
Merchandise must be shipped back within 3 DAYS of receiving RMA.
If you do not ship within the 3 day period, your return may be cancelled.
RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
There is a 10% restocking fee for all non-defective returned merchandise.
ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE REFUNDED in FORM OF STORE CREDIT.
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
There is no restocking fee for all defective returned merchandise. Customers can choose how to get refund (store credit or refund to original payment method) for defective merchandise.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please initiate return process by sending us email as mentioned above and mention if you want exchange for the same item
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns without valid RMA number are not considered and will be discarded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
